AllSorted Pro Terms of Service
1. Services
AllSorted Pro provides monthly bookkeeping services for small business owners including expense categorization, bank reconciliation, and monthly profit and loss reporting.
2. Trial Period
New clients receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, standard monthly fees apply.
3. Pricing
Standard ongoing service is $99 per month after any free trial period. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice.
4. Payment
Payment is due monthly. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Simply email us at hello@allsortedpro.com. No refunds are issued for partial months.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information. AllSorted Pro is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client financial data as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
AllSorted Pro provides bookkeeping services only and does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on reports we provide. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior month.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
